Danni Mohammed is a senior Strategy Consultant who partners with CEOs, VPs and executives to transform their business whether that’s business and brand strategy, digital transformation, diversity and inclusion, marketing capability building or organisational change. After spending 11 years working at world-class creative and innovation agencies, Danni draws upon her breadth of experience to propel clients forward in this rapidly evolving world. Her belief is that people and authentic leadership are central to achieving any business transformation. Without acknowledging the role of people in achieving company goals can leave your business unsustainable.
Danni has lived and worked in the UK, USA and Germany advising high profile, global clients including Adidas AG and 72andSunny Amsterdam and moderated panels that include Pinterest's Head of Diversity and Inclusion. In the past five years, Danni has co-founded social platforms “Wieden+Kennedy Forever Curious” (est. 2013): nurturing creativity in young people and “ESMT Inclusive Leadership Roundtable” (est. 2017): promoting values of diversity and inclusion amongst future business leaders, faculty and staff.
Danni holds a BA Honors in Marketing Communications and most recently an Executive MBA with Honors from Germany's top business school, ESMT Berlin.
